We are developing a Workfront training for our new hires to get them onboarded to Clari and forecasting regularly. Curious to know what other teams have done to get their new hires onboarded quickly.

We have a couple of recorded training sessions on Clari which are mandatory for our new hires, one is a recording of a webinar we did on “Clari for Reps” with our Sales Enablement team and Clari (we also have one for managers) the other is a peer-to-peer walk through from one of our all star reps on how she leverages Clari daily to manage her forecast and funnel. First line managers also walkthrough Clari 1:1 with their new hires to discuss how they will collaborate as well as set expectations as one of the steps on our onboarding process.
