You’ve got questions about Waterfall. Great! Waterfall reveals the factors that are driving changes to your pipeline total over a selected timeframe, using standard categories to help leaders easily identify the causes of pipeline changes and understand what contributed to an overall increase or decrease.

 

The Waterfall Overview article in the Knowledge Base is a great place to start. You can orient yourself to all the information that you’re seeing in Waterfall.

 

From there, you probably want to start using Waterfall to answer specific questions about your business, like, “What happened since our last forecast call. You can check out how Jessica Star (VP, CS @ Clari) does it super easily here.
