Replying to an email thread in Groove without enrolling in a flow

Hi, 

So far when I am using Groove, I am only able to reply in an email thread if that contact is enrolled in a flow. What if I have an existing email thread with a contact that I want to contact directly via Groove? It appears that there is no way to do this directly in Groove. I would need to reply via Outlook or Salesforce. 

 

For context, Salesforce is our CRM and we work in Outlook. We previously used Hubspot, and it was capable of replying to a thread as a one-off, it did not need to be enrolled in a flow.

Hi ​@Joe Weber! Thank you for bringing your question to the community! Right now, we do not have the ability to reply in thread in Groove, as Groove was built to work out of your inbox. That said, I’d recommend submitting this idea in our Product Ideation section.
