@Sandip Patil asked a great question: how is engagement score different from CRM score?
The answer: The CRM Score predicts the likelihood that an opportunity will close (won); Engagement Score creates an index of the overall engagement with an account based on frequency, volume and balance of emails, meetings, calls occurring.
