Step 1: Clear your cache in Chrome
- Click the 3 dots in the top right of your browser
- Click Settings
- Search for “Cache” in the search bar at the top of the page, then choose the last option to clear browser data
- Make sure you select “ALL TIME” and then select Clear Data
Step 2: Try reinstalling the extension
- Right click the Groove button in Chrome and select ‘Remove from Chrome...’
- Reinstall the extension here.
- Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on PC OR Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) in your browser
