My Groove Omnibar doesn't update when I hover over accounts/contacts, etc. in Salesforce. How can I fix this?

Step 1: Clear your cache in Chrome

  1. Click the 3 dots in the top right of your browser
  2. Click Settings
  3. Search for “Cache” in the search bar at the top of the page, then choose the last option to clear browser data
  4. Make sure you select “ALL TIME” and then select Clear Data

Step 2: Try reinstalling the extension

  1. Right click the Groove button in Chrome and select ‘Remove from Chrome...’
  2. Reinstall the extension here.
  3. Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on PC OR Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) in your browser
