MS Teams Notifications - direct messages to sellers for completed call summary / next steps

Hi Clari Team,

I have talked this through with Josh and Mussa from Clari during our call this week. We are a new Clari CoPilot customer and we also use MS Teams (we do not have Slack).

It would be incredibly helpful to have direct notifications to CoPilot users in MS Teams once their call summary / next steps is ready in CoPilot. Currently, they would have to go into the tool to check in the call, as there is always a time lag between the Call and the actual transcription, summary and next steps.

If we could notify them with a direct link (I have seen you have this available for Slack), then it would really boost productivity but more importantly user adoption.

Hi, ​@Alexander Schwab! Thank you for your feedback. Just to make sure I understand, the latest Microsoft Teams integration with Copilot has configurable notifications, including Post-Call notifications, that users can enable. Including a link to the last update on the integration below. Would the post-call notifications cover what you’re looking for for your reps, or is something missing?

Hey ​@Kenna - thanks for this! I read through it and took notes for us to get this set up in CoPilot for our users in January, once everyone has an active license. It sounds like this is going to meet our needs!
