Monitor/Measure rep and Manager usage compared to peers

Is there a way to monitor usage? ie: number of times logged in per week/month and how long they are on the site? I see the last login date, but I’m looking to track this on a weekly/monthly basis and compare to individuals' peers.

This information is currently not displayed in Studio > User Management. However, we do have an export in User Management (Actions > Export) which contains the # of days per week a user has accessed Clari over the last 7 weeks (rolling). This data is displayed as overall usage and is also broken out by web/mobile. If you do not have these data points in the export, please reach out to your CSM or Support and this can be enabled.

Additionally, you can reach out to your CSM to gain additional insights into usage data week-over-week or month-over-month. They can provide this information to you and are not constrained by looking at just the last 7 weeks + can provide metrics around time on site.

Hey @Ty Lapinski  how accurate is this information when you export it? I’ve noticed some inconsistencies on what Clari reports vs what I’m told from my sales team. Just curious if the Clari export data here is 100% reliable?

Hi @Steph Peters ,

Great question. There is room for a margin of error in these exports as for some users this could return 0 days. If this occurs, this could mean the user has some type of ad blocker, extension, etc. preventing us from tracking the usage for that particular user.

If there are other inconsistencies you are noticing, please open a case with our support team and we can investigate the potential root cause.
