Two issues, related -
1. We have checkboxes on Contact level for Key Personas (Champion, Economic Buyer, Decision Maker etc.)
Also, a seller can indicate who’s the Champion / Decision Maker etc. on a specific Opportunity.
How can we pull this info to Account / Opportunity activity in Clari?
Our dear CSM was told the only way is either to create rules based on titles (where there’re too much variations and is not good enough) OR if the contact show under “Contact Roles” on the Opportunity - which again, not ideal and will require to develop extra process in our SFDC. This is not ideal or necessary if we already have this info on Contact level and on Opportunity level in some cases.
2. Assuming point 1 is resolved and we manage to connect activities with Key Personas - as far as I know this information is showing only in one by one review of Opportunity or Account.
Meaning, I can review if any activity was made with an Economic Buyer for opportunity X or account Y.
But… is there an option to report and aggregate this information like we do for Activity Type?
Similar to how we filter by - ‘Accounts without any activity of type email sent’. Then have - filter by - Accounts without any activity with Economic Buyer. Or just any Key Persona.
