Q: What is our best practice advice for assigning the Clari Integration user?
A: We highly recommend assigning a Salesforce dummy user as the dedicated integration user. ex. ClariIntegration@afcrichmond.com
Q: We had assigned a Sales ops person as the integration user. We need to change this. Help! What do we do?
A: Make sure the new integration user has equal or greater access to everything that the previous user had. Reach out to our support team and open a ticket. We advise that there should be minimal downtime as we make the switch. Our integration user is only used for RevDatabase load, so end users won't have many problems.
