  1. Increase the time period in the Close Date filter on the opportunity layout page. Currently its 2 years as of today but showing 2+ years to include the full fiscal year would help with reporting

    1. Jan 2022 - Now

Hi, @Annika Kallestad! I think you should be able to set up a filter for this today in Field Config by editing the Close Date field and adding and option for a Custom Date Range:

Hey Kenna,

Our Custome date range only goes back 2 years. I would like to be able to show 2 fiscal years. Your screenshot has different functionality than mine. I have tried to fix in field config and it won’t let me

Rather than clicking on the Close Date filter in the Opportunities Module, if you have admin permissions then you can go to Clari Studio and open Field Config from the menu in the top left. From there, you can search for the Close Date field and edit it to manage the filter options for that field to create the Jan 2022 - Now date range that you are looking for. Our help center article on How to Edit Fields has more details, but you will want to search for your Close Date field and then select the pen and paper icon to edit it:

From there, you’ll want to scroll down to the bottom of the field properties and click Add Option.  One of the options will be to create a custom date range. That will allow you to create a filter for the date range that you want, and once you save and publish your changes, you will see the new filter option under the Close Date filter in Opportunities. There is another knowledge base articles with more details on custom filter options specifically that should be helpful here.

If Field Config is new to you at all, I highly recommend our Field Config Admin Certification Course. It’s a great way to learn the key workflows!
