It’s been EXTREMELY difficult to get in touch with support when you’re logged/locked out of Clari. I need assistance with updating our organization’s SAML configuration since our IDP cert expired and we’re facing major lockout issues with important forecasts coming up.

Please can I please kindly get some assistance with my support ticket(s).
