Hey there! I’ve got another short video to show you how to use the Omni Bar to dig up all sorts of info about prospects — from custom fields to related records and activity history. In this example, we even spotted a prospect searching for a new solution and checked for pending actions. Oh, and don't forget the personal touch! We scoped out LinkedIn profiles for some extra personalization. Then, it was time to draft those emails using templates and track them like a pro. Cool, right? It's all about making those connections!
