Groove: Disable Cached Exchange Mode for Outlook?

We are working to Implement Groove at our organization and we currently use Microsoft O365/Outlook.

Problem: when emails are sent via Groove from Outlook, they are often found sitting in drafts and usually send.  Some emails remain in drafts and don’t ever send.

It was recommended that we disable Cached Exchange Mode in Outlook; however, that’s not advised by our IT department.

Has anyone else dealt with a similar issue? Open to pursuing other options.

Thank you!

@JillEaslick Suggestion: Try turning off Cached Exchange Mode should fix this

Let me know if this works.

Hey @Scott K Wilder  - as mentioned in my original post, our IT department does NOT recommend this, so I’m seeking alternatives.

@JillEaslick Right now, I do not have another option. Will keep asking around.
