FAQ: Why don't I see the button to create a new Flow? Who can create Flows?

Whether or not you have permissions to create a single Flow, or a Master Flow, depends on your organization’s configuration of Groove.

 

Some organization opt to allow individuals to create Flows to empower sellers, while others may restrict the ability to create Flows in order to ensure consistent message across the sales organization because a lot of resources are dedicated to optimizing that messaging.

 

If you don't see the option to create a new Flow, your organization may simply restrict that ability. You can check in with your Groove Admin to be sure!  Your admin can check the Flow creation permissions for your user role from the Flow Permissions section of Manage My Org, found here.
