FAQ: How can admins leverage Groove data in Salesforce dashboards and reports?

By default, Groove writes key engagement data back to fields on the Contact, Lead, and Task objects.  More information on this data can be found in this guide

 

For more granular reporting, we recommend that admins install the Groove Insights unamanaged package in Salesforce.  The Groove Insights package gives you access to additional fields, prebuilt reporting templates, and dashboards in the “Groove Insights” folder.  Key reporting topics include flows, calls, meetings booked, opportunities created, and bounce codes.  All of the prebuilt dashboards and reports can be customized for specific organizational needs

 

The Groove Insights package also contains the fields used in Groove’s bounce code feature, which enables teams to report on email bounces and their reasons from within Salesforce.
