The People Page in Groove is a running list of all the Contacts and Leads you’ve touched through Groove at some point. Touches that may surface people on the People Page include:
- Executing a Flow step with a Contact or Lead
- Sending a tracked email to a Contact or Lead
- Logging an email or event to a Contact or Lead
- Placing a call to a Contact or Lead through the OmniDialer
If you’d like to build out a refined list of the Contacts or Leads you’re working, consider adding them to your Hotlist or importing them into a Groove Flow.
