Great question! We can add the activity counts to the export from the Opportunities module if requested. If you open a case with our support team, they should be able to enable this feature for you on the backend so activity shows in your exports. You can also reference your community post to the team when submitting your case.
Note: the reason this feature is not enabled by default is it will create a larger file and take longer to run the export job. It is expected that these export could take longer with this feature enabled.
