Can I Include 'Calls' in Activity / Account tab?

Our team has started leveraging the Meeting & Email data in the Account tab, but repeatedly points out that we’re missing Calls since that is a big part of our prospecting effort. While I understand Clari’s Exchange connection couldn’t access that directly we should be able to gather that information out of our Sales Automation Platform (SalesLoft/Outreach) since it is already connected and showing in the “review activities” section of Opportunities tab

Hi Collin,

Clari supports a number of activity signals including outreach and salesloft: https://claricommunity.force.com/customer/s/article/Activity-Signals-Overview

Clari can pull in any activities that are consistently logged as tasks or events in Salesforce (i.e. SalesLoft/Outreach).

You can work with support@clari.com or your CSM to set this up in your Clari instance.

@MikeAdams totally agreed and configured, but only in the Opportunities module of Clari. Within the Activity/Account module though I cannot see those same Call activities, unless we missed something in config? Would love to see call attempts & conversations in this view

@Collin Rhea I just confirmed that you should be able to get this insight configured in Account Engagement as well.  

One thing to note here is that Account Engagement is looking at the Account Object in your Salesforce, so the tasks from SalesLoft/Outreach need to be available on the account object.

Your CSM can help raise a configuration request to update your Account Engagement config so you can start tracking those tasks.

Once that configuration update is complete, you should be able to track those tasks in Account Engagement.  They will show up after your Emails, Meetings, and Files columns.
