Can a new user inherit a previous user's forecast?

We’ve recently backfilled an open manager role.  While the seat was empty it was filled in our SFDC role hierarchy with a dummy user, on whose behalf a regional GM has been forecasting.

Now that the manager is in seat, is it possible for them to inherit the existing forecast that the GM has been inputting?  If possible I’d like them to come in to Clari with better context than “here are screenshots I took of what your role was calling previous to you joining.”

Hi @hansh ,

Great question! If you reach out to our support team and open a case, we can help migrate the prior submissions for the placeholder (dummy user) to the new manager that is in seat. This way, the manager will now be able to see the prior submissions in the Forecast History view in the right-hand panel in Forecasting or in the Pulse module.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions!

Cheers,

Ty
