Ability to filter on close date in Funnel

Unless I’m misunderstanding, I think we can do this already. Let’s say you set your Created Filter to January 1st 2024 to March 31st 2024. Anything that’s in Won or Lost stages would have opened and closed within the quarter. 
 

I guess the only challenge would be backing out the idle deals or the deals that are still in earlier stage, but maybe you’re able to accomplish that with the stage filters? Hopefully this sparked an idea of a potential workaround. 

Hi, @Tara Rollins! I am also wondering if Flow might be able to help you see the deals you’re concerned about.

In this example, I’m looking at how opportunities closing last quarter moved through the pipeline last quarter but you can change those date parameters to what you want in Flow. I clicked on the new bucket to focus on what happened to deals created within the time frame of last quarter with a close date within the quarter, and see what happened to them:

 

In this example, we just see deals that were created and remained open by the end of the quarter (New > New) and deals that were closed as won by the end of the quarter (New > Won), but there may be other pipes in your results depending on what happened to those deals (i.e. New > Slipped, New > Lost, etc.). You can then click on the whole New bucket or any of the more specific pipes to look at those deals more closely. The percentages will tell you what percentage of your new deals converted to each end state, so you could understand what your conversion rate is from closed to won, for example, but also closed to lost, specifically for new deals that were created and closed within the selected date range. Does that show you what you wanted to see?
