Ability to add an Accounts Chart by Rep

Hi Team! I would like to have the ability to have the 1st image as a chart in a Dashboard. It seems that it only allow to add activity charts. Why? I’m trying to build a Dashboard for Leadership so they can see Account activity by Rep and having that chart will allow us to show Stale Accounts over Total Accounts so they can focus on which reps are lacking of activity and have the list of those accounts.

    Hi, @Ariel Hechtenkopf. By any chance are you trying to add this widget to a dashboard that already has several Accounts Widgets? There is an overall limit to the amount of accounts widgets per dashboard. We do this as a preventive measure against performance degradation caused by loading a large number of activity widgets. But otherwise you should be able to pin a widget by rep to a dashboard. If you’re encountering any specific error or error message, however, please don’t hesitate to create a case for our technical support team to help you troubleshoot!
