Hey Clari Community! 


I’ve been throwing around an idea in passing conversation and would love to get your temperature on it.

 

As an individual, getting great predictions from Pulse to drive forecast accuracy and seeing the value from dashboards and 1:1s requires a whole team effort. It can be hard to get buy-in and consistently dedicate time to this with everything else you’re juggling. 
 

Clari has a solution for this, since it can be an overwhelming task. Enter the “13 Week Revenue Cadence”. 👏
 

The challenge is committing to the cadence, and holding your sales teams accountable to the process as needed to drive insights…
 

So my question is:

Have you implemented the 13 week cadence, or experimented with it? 
 

What challenges do you face?

 

Would it be helpful to be part of a cohort of other Clari users who are supporting their internal teams in adopting the 13 Week Revenue Cadence at the same time?
