Go to the blank page when try to Contact Support

Dear Support,

 

I got a blank page when try to navigate to “Contact Support” page. Please advice how to process.

Hi @Tuan Lam - We spoke to our support team and this may be related to your browser settings.

If your browser is up-to-date and you are logged into your Clari account and you still can not access the site, I would suggest reaching out to your internal IT team on why you can’t access https://claricommunity.force.com/customer/s/ 

You can also use the support email - support@clari.com to log a ticket.
