There are three ways we measure your engagement in the community:Points Ranks Badges Wondering how they work? We've got you covered! 🥳 Points You earn points purely for engaging with the community. Points are what put you on the leaderboard, and may even contribute to your ability to earn certain ranks and badges. Here’s how they work:Earn 15 points for creating a topic (conversation, question, or idea) Earn 10 points for replying to a topic (conversation, question, or idea) Earn 20 points for answering a question (marked as best answer to a question) Earn 5 points for receiving a like (on a conversation or a question) or an upvote (on an idea) Earn 5 points for liking a topic (conversation, question) or upvoting an idea Ranks Your rank measures your journey from new member to a member of the inner circle. How can I get help?

Hey there! That’s a great question.  Sometimes it can be difficult finding the right place for the right information, but that’s why we’re here. If you ever have a question, an idea, or can’t seem to find the right resource, just share that here by clicking Create a Topic in the top right corner. From there, you can ask a question, pose a thought or idea, and even get pointed to the right article just by typing! What if I need to submit a support ticket?Easy peasy! On the main navigation bar at the very top of the community, it says Support. That will lead you to the support portal where you get to submit your ticket to our support team. From there, your conversation will continue in that portal and within your email, so keep an eye out. What if I’m looking for a help article? If you thought submitting a ticket was easy, then hold onto your seats! In order to find a helpful article, begin typing in the search bar on the homepage, OR click on Create Topic and start typing. Related infor

Update your Community Profileprofile

You have officially made it to the Clari community and we are thrilled you’re here!   To update your profile, click on your initials or avatar (top right) and click on Settings. Then, click Edit Profile.   Add a profile picture. A picture adds credibility to your profile when you talk to other community members.  Update your company, job title (required), LinkedIn URL, City (this is private, so it won’t show up to other users), and Country Update your forum signature with the details you’d like to include in your sign off on posts (i.e. Jason White, VP of Sales @ GetStorage Systems) And, voilà…your profile is ready! Now, don’t forget to introduce yourself.
