Hi there! I’m so excited to introduce you to the new community design we’ve built. 🎊

 

The best way to become acquainted with the new design is to jump in and take a look around, but you can also find an overview of the newness you can expect below. 

 

What did we change? 

  1. Top Navigation
    • We streamlined all the discussion forums within one dropdown menu, which you’ll find on the left. Tip: You can find things like recent activity, activity since your last visit, and unanswered questions here, making it super easy to catch up on the latest in the community!
    • We updated the links to simplify navigation depending on what you’re looking for: community, products, learning, resources, events, support, and announcements. All the content you’ve had before (and more!) is still available. It’s simply bucketed into categories that just make sense!
    • You can still Ask a Question/create a topic and find the link to contact Clari Support here.
  2. Community Homepage
    • The search bar in the center of the homepage now allows you to search between your resources in the community, university, and knowledge base. There’s more to come here, but we’re thrilled about this step towards making the community a one stop shop when you need help.
  3. Hubs
    • Hubs are new areas that we designed to make it super easy for you to find the top content and discussions on whatever is top of mind for you, whether that’s Clari’s products, enabling your sales team (or enabling yourself as a sales user), analytics, accounts, or learning (i.e. getting certified!).

    • We got started with a handful of hubs for popular topics, but there’s more to come!

      • Product Hub: submit and upvote ideas, find release notes, and discuss your questions about Clari’s products
      • Learning Hub: access Clari’s product documentation in our knowledge base, and self-paced courses and certification pathways in our university (including guidance on where to get started)
      • Sales Team Hub: get started as a rep, sales engineer, or a sales leader with resources to ensure you know all the fundamentals and best practices about Clari
      • Analytics Hub: learn how to ask Clari’s analytics modules key questions to prevent revenue leak and drive revenue precision with the resources across our platforms, and discuss your questions about analytics
      • Accounts Hub: get enabled on Clari’s Accounts (formerly Account Engagement) module with resources to help you get started and troubleshoot common questions.
    • The easiest way to quickly access any of these hubs is to bookmark the Resources Hub.

 

Why the change? 

 

This update is aimed at improving your experience by streamlining your ability to find new and useful information, highlighting discussions and resources you may not have known existed, and connecting you with your peers in revenue.
