This integration is designed to work seamlessly with your existing Salesforce setup. Once activated, Orum calls will automatically sync into Clari Copilot, where they can be analyzed and stored for future use. Simply:

  • Navigate to Workspace Settings > Integrations: Access the Copilot dashboard and go to Workspace Settings. Select the Integrations tab to view available integrations
  • Select Orum Integration: Click on the Orum integration option.
  • Select Salesforce Field: Choose the Salesforce field where the Orum call URL is stored.
  • Click on Submit and you are done!
