Great session!  I love the Durable Growth concept and playbook.  We are working on a new version of our Customer Journey Map with a focus on that value delivery (and verified outcomes) so we can take all the goodness we’re creating and make it repeatable.  Happy to hear Kellie’s crawl-walk-run on that one since the dream state will take some time to build.
