On July 26th, we are updating the site.

  • Streamlined Case Submission: Enjoy a cleaner and more intuitive case submission page that makes getting support easier than ever.
  • Real-Time System Status: Keep an eye on our service status with a new icon in the navigation bar! During outages, you’ll receive a handy pop-up notification with details and a link to our status page.
  • Upgraded Clari Bot: Interact with a new version of the Clari Bot for even smarter assistance.

For Designated Support Contacts:

  • Upgraded Case Form: When submitting cases, our new search engine will show you relevant resources across the Clari Ecosystem, helping you get your answers faster.
  • Close Cases: Has your issue been answered by our Support team? You can now close cases within the portal. (Just let us know the reason!)
