Forecast Quota Uploads - FY Changeover

Happy to help!  Easiest thing to do is:

• export a user management report from Clari to get the SFDC user id (crm user id)
• format the current year for period
• add your goal(s)
• reference the forecast tab you are updating quota for

Do you have recommendations of timing for doing this? Overnight? Weekend? To avoid users being in Clari. Also how long does a Quota load typically take?

I am a new admin and have not done a FY changeover quota load. I want to do this right, and I want to ensure I am thoughtful about timing.

Hey Tara -

There would be no reason to do this outside of office hours, quota upload should be instant!  We recommend doing this when best fits the admins schedule.
