Hi, where can I find an implementation guide for Align? 

Hi, ​@Jono Gallagher! I recommend checking out our Align Hub. There, you’ll find our courses on Align in Clari University (you can even get certified) and a several resources to help guide you through rolling Align out for your teams.

I’m just looking for an implementation document. Can you link to that? 

If you’re seeking guidance on how to implement Align for your teams (e.g. change management, enablement, configuration considerations), I can recommend using our Kickoff document as a guide. If you’re looking for more information on setup, regarding Integrating Align with Salesforce, we have further details on CRM Field Mapping and pushing the MAP Status to Salesforce in our knowledge base to give you an overview of how you can configures those pieces of the integration. I  also reached out to our Professional Services team regarding any materials they provide to folks who are implementing Align. They sometimes have packets that they share directly with customers that we don’t keep in The Clari Circle since users typically do not have a login/access yet or the steps require coordination with our team. I have attached their self-serve implementation guide to this message, but know that you can also reach out to our support team or your CSM at Clari if you have any questions or want to understand what services resources are available to you.
