You can can add:

1. The What: action information
2. The Who: Assignee, and use the @ menu to tag others
3. The When: an optional due date
4. The Context: link Library files for context through the @ menu

(2) ➕ Add Template Snippets to build your Mutual Action Plan bit by bit

Add templated milestones (Template Snippets) from your templates by going to the Plan Tab and clicking Add From Template:
