There are 2 primary ways to build a list of customers to reach out to using Groove Flows:
1. Using Salesforce Reports or List Views – If you build a report or list view in Salesforce, you can pull it directly into Groove when setting up a Flow.
2. Using Groove’s Advanced Search – This allows you to filter and pull data from Salesforce without needing to create a Salesforce report. For example, if you’re hosting an event in a specific city, you can filter contacts by billing city and add them to a flow. This method is flexible and works well for quick segmentation. You can also save your Advanced Searches for future use in Groove if you plan on reaching out to the similar groups of people down the line.
