Downloading call data including smart AI summary

Can I get a download Summary included in the call data ? it will help a lot in my work and save time.

Is there an option to connect Salesforce CRM where I can get summary and call data automatically populated in CRM to send a BD note via outlook.

Hi ​@Srinivas Vaddiraju— Thanks so much for sharing these questions!  I’ve shared some information on what’s possible for each below.

 

Can I get a download Summary included in the call data?  It will help a lot in my work and save time.

The best way to transfer call Summaries out of Copilot would be to manually copy/paste them into a new file or location.  Currently, there is not an option to download them from within Copilot.  That being said, I can understand the benefits of this use case.  I would encourage you to submit it as an Idea here so that our Product team can gain visibility into it and consider it as a future product enhancement.

If your team has Copilot integrated with Salesforce, Copilot can populate the call’s corresponding Salesforce Task record with key data from the call.  Certain Copilot data can be mapped to fields of your choosing and other data will be mapped to standard fields.  The Summary, for example, will be added to the Task as a Comment.  More information on this integration can be found here.  (Please note, that you need to be both a Salesforce admin and a Copilot admin to set up and customize the Copilot <> Salesforce integration).  

If you’re hoping to use the Summary to send a follow-up email and you use Microsoft teams, you can set up the Copilot <> Microsoft Teams integration.  This will push pre- and post-call notifications to you in Microsoft Teams.  One of the post-call actions that you can take is sending a follow-up email.  Copilot will automatically generate a follow-up email for you using RevAI, which you can then further customize before sending it out.  More information on this integration can be found here.
