Changing the Designated Support Contact

I’m an admin for Clari (but new to it). My manager knows it very well and was the support contact at her last position with another company. Currently, when I click on “Get Support”, she is the contact, but with her old information (Phone, email etc.). Can we as admins change this ourselves? Many Thanks.

@Christian Derby  - The best thing to do is to let your customer success manager know and they can work with our support team to make the change. If you run into any issues, feel free to send me a private message here on the Community.
