Ironclad is looking for a Director of Sales Strategy & Operations for the global sales team. The Director will be a key member of the global sales leadership team and will partner closely with the Chief Sales Officer to set long term strategy, create processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency, and build relationships to facilitate cross-functional coordination.
This individual will lead the Sales Strategy & Operations team, helping to define and drive Sales Strategy, including building alignment and visibility for Leadership while scaling the function and team. Experience in a fast growth SaaS company and an ability to drive transformation at scale are keys to success.
This individual will report to the VP of GTM Operations.
