I’m new to using Clari and am wondering how best to capture win / loss information when a deal is closed.
Do you have a standard set of fields that you have customised in Salesforce?
How has this captured information shaped future marketing and sales processes?

this is what we have- 

Incumbent (existing vendor competing for the account) picklist

Main Competitor picklist

Loss reason (picklist, such us budget, legal and so on)

Loss reason (free text)

Won by Us/ Competitor / Incumbent
