Shout out to our participants Nate Bourette, Connor Rosenstein, and Wendy Caputo who came out and attended our in- person Clari Admin learning session in downtown Boston on April 3. We learned that not only are they committed to fine tuning their craft, but are also active Community members! We love that!
We promised a robust learning session, workshopping alongside 2 Clari Experts. Our Admin users took advantage of an exclusive private learning opportunity with our CSMs to ask questions, get answers and leave with a refreshed understanding of the platform's capabilities.
We covered 3 main topics in our session, including:
(1) organize and audit user licenses/permissions, (2) manage the status of team linking setting, and (3) modify the layout of key fields in Opportunity & Analytics modules to align their org on the same metrics.
We also explored these topics a little further:
- User management and field configuration
- Admin permissions, global views, user statuses, field configuration, and layout customization
- Auditing and cleaning up unused fieldsย
- Modes, publishing changes
- Clari community and Product resources
Our attendees also earned course credits towards the Clari Admin and Field Config Fundamentals courses and picked up some Clari swag, too. Thank you for making the time to learn with us,ย the feedback you provided us, and the fun we had together!
