@Vinay Srinivas Do you know if it’s possible to have an email summary of every call sent to a manager who was not an invitee to the calls? I think it’s possible with the Slack integration, but I’m specifically looking to have the email summary of every call sent to specific person, who is set up as a manager in the system. I’m really hoping it is?

Hi @Dan Greaves— Thanks for surfacing this question! The best way to accomplish this would be for managers to set up a filter for calls on the ‘Team Calls’ page, then choose ‘Email’ as the notification delivery method for calls that match that filter. They would then receive Smart Summaries to their email for any new calls that match that filtering criteria at the time they specify.

@elijah This is really helpful, thank you. Quick question… does the My Team Members’ Calls pick up all calls for team members that ultimately report into this person, or is it only direct reports?

Hi @Dan Greaves— Stoked to hear this might help!  In the screenshot for my earlier post, the “My Team Members’ Calls” field is what I named my filter.  It’s not actually pulling in any calls.

When a user goes to create a filter for the calls for which they want to receive alerts (Step 1 in the screenshot above), they’ll have an option to indicate which reps’ and/or teams’ calls they want included in the filter. They can also apply other filters if they only want to receive summaries for certain calls conducted by the people they’ve selected.  If the user selects a team in the team filter, it will only be the direct reports on that team that are included in the filter. If the user wants to include other reps who roll up to the people on the team they have selected, they’d want to either select additional teams or add the reps in the reps filter.

Please let me know if I can offer any additional insight here!
