When looking at your Team Calls in Copilot, have you ever wondered if you could filter this list to only look for calls with your customers vs prospects ? Or filter out all ‘Enterprise Deal’ calls or calls with opportunities >$100K ? Or even look for calls where the CRO or an Economic Buyer was an attendee? If yes, you’ve come to the right place! Copilot's “Import CRM Fields” feature allows you to import CRM fields from the following CRM objects (Account, Opportunity, Contact, Lead) to be used as Call filters. The idea with having these CRM fields as filters is to help you segment your list of calls so that you are able to narrow down to the right set that needs your review or attention. For example, if you are looking to analyze all calls where the deal was lost due to missing product features or capabilities, having CRM fields such as “Deal Stage” and “Deal Lost Reason” as filters can help you filter out calls associated with related closed lost opportunities from your entire call library.

Listed below are a few more examples or use cases to help you get a better understanding of how you can run stronger call queries using the CRM field call filters:
Use Case 1: Filter for a list of calls related to a particular Account:
Use Case 2: Display the list of all calls with a particular Customer Account in which one of the attendees has the title of “CRO”
Use Case 3: View the list of calls with Opportunities that are in “Commit”, a Competitor is involved, and the Deal Size is < $1M
Below are examples of fields that we typically recommend to import across the 4 supported objects (Accounts, Contact, Opportunities and Lead)
- Account: Fields like Account Name, Account Type, Account Health, Segment, Account Owner, Billing Country etc
- Opportunity: Opportunity Size Or Amount, Stage, Forecast Category, Type, Competitor Involved, Close Date, Lost Reason, Slipped Reason,
- Contact: Title, Role/Persona Type (Economic Buyer, Champion, Decision Maker, Influencer), Status
- Lead: Title, Role/Persona Type, Intent to Buy
