Forecast Quota Uploads - FY Changeover

Hello My Dear Clari Community -

I am a relatively new Clari Admin, this is my first year doing a FY Changeover with uploading quotas. Anyone out there in Clari land have some tips and tricks? Not finding much help in KB or anywhere on the web.

Hi Tara,

Happy to help!  Easiest thing to do is:

  • export a user management report from Clari to get the SFDC user id (crm user id)
  • format the current year for period
  • add your goal(s)
  • reference the forecast tab you are updating quota for

you can download a template from Studio > quota management (https://app.clari.com/studio/quota) - same place you upload
