You can now configure all Copilot data fields directly in Capture Studio Configuration in a completely self-service manner.
Note: This feature requires a feature flag to be enabled. Contact your CSM if you don't see these options in your configuration panel.
📋 How to Get Started
- Navigate to Capture Studio Configuration
- Select Activity Logging
- Go to Advanced Settings
- Click on Copilot Meeting Settings
⚙️ Configuration Options
Enable Copilot Meeting Data Logging
Simply toggle whether you want to log Copilot meeting data. When enabled, all 13 supported Conversational intelligence data fields will be automatically populated. When selecting the field in the configuration, if the desired write back field is not in the dropdown, then it may be necessary to create a new field in SFDC and grant access to the integration user.
Field Mapping Made Easy
- Get a comprehensive overview of all supported fields with their data types
- Enable or disable individual fields (all enabled by default)
- Map CI data fields to your Salesforce fields using our intuitive dropdown menu
- Only compatible field types are shown in the dropdown for seamless integration
Special Note: Smart Summaries automatically map to the 'Description' field by default.
📊 What CI Data Fields Are Available?
Here's what you can now capture and configure:

| Smart Summary | AI-generated call summary |
| Engaging Questions | Questions that prompted 30+ second responses |
| Longest Monologue | Duration of longest uninterrupted speech |
| Talk-to-Listen Ratio | Balance of speaking vs. listening time |
💡 Enhanced Activity Logging
Once configured, your CI data fields will:
- ✅ Appear as separate columns in the Activity Logging Grid
- ✅ Support column operations (insert, hide, move, drag & drop)
- ✅ Be included in Activity Logging exports
- ✅ Enable search functionality for 'Competitors' and 'Trackers'
🔍 Important Notes
- Character Limits: Competitor and tracker names are automatically truncated at 255 characters due to Salesforce text area limitations
- Smart Prioritization: When tracker fields exceed limits, we prioritize the most frequently occurring trackers
- Seamless Integration: All data syncs directly to your Salesforce fields as configured
