Clari Admin Certification

Hello, I signed up for Clari University a couple days ago but I still don’t see the Admin Cert course in catalogue. I read the courses available should have updated within 24 hours after I signed up. 

 

Can anybody help?

Hi, @Jimmy Marino. I checked in with our university admin, and they have updated your user profile so that you should be able to access all of our courses now.

    HI there, Coral! If you are signing up with your personal email, you will immediately receive access to public-facing content in Clari University. To access the full course list, however, you will need to sign up using the work email that you use to login to the platform (e.g. Clari, Groove, Align, or Copilot) so that we can verify and match to your user login.

    @Kenna Can you have the admin update my profile too? Maybe this topic you guys should consider updating in general. Like Salesforce allows you access to training and you can sign-up for a cert without university admin approval.
