The Vice President (VP) Global Field Operations at Infor, you will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and enhance overall sales performance. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong leadership capabilities to drive results and ensure alignment between sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Day in The Life Typically Includes:

* Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with BU GMs and sales leadership to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, market trends, and customer needs.
* Lead the implementation of the Sales Managerial Cadence.
* Sales Tools, Processes & Systems: Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes, methodologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability across the sales organization. Drive adoption of sales technology for the BU.
* Sales Performance Management: Measure sales performance against defined KPIs and track progress against goals to identify areas for improvement. Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to sales leadership.
* Pipeline and Demand Generation: Provide regular feedback to the GMs and Sales Leadership on Pipeline Health and Sufficiency. Ensure that a rigorous cadence of pipeline management is implemented at all levels within the BU.
* Sales Forecasting and Planning: Lead the sales forecasting and planning process, working closely with Finance, Operations and Sales Leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
* Sales Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and reporting to gain insights into sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and leverage findings to inform strategic decision-making with Sales Leadership.
* Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing Field Operations team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to drive individual and team growth.

9. Basic qualifications:

Proven track record of success in sales operations, ideally in having worked with SAAS / cloud products
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience implementing and optimizing sales technology solutions (e.g., CRM, sales analytics tools).
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
Be Hands-on, yet still have an executive presence.
