We're excited about the integration of Groove into the Clari web app! This enhancement brings a more unified user experience for your revenue team. Here's what you can expect:

Important

  • New Subdomain: As of August 17th, the standalone Groove app will be accessible at groove.clari.com. (Don't worry, the old link will redirect you automatically!)
    • NOTE: All users will be logged out of both the Groove extension and web app during the rollout on Saturday, August 17th, between 10 and 11 AM PST. There will also be a 45 minute disruption to LinkedIn Navigator.

What's changing?

  • Sign in: You will be able to access Groove in the Clari web app via SSO. The login flow to the Groove web app remains the same. Please note that you might need to log out and log back in after the integration to activate your unified Clari+Groove access.
  • Groove in Clari: Customers using any combination of Groove plus Forecast, Inspect, Copilot, or Align will now have a unified user experience to run revenue.

  • Updated Look: The Groove logo and interface will have a fresh, updated look aligned with the Clari brand. Here is a link to the logo files for you to update your internal documentation. Note that we are also replacing the Groove infinity symbol with the Clari logo mark.

  • Simplified Login: You'll experience a streamlined login process as part of the Clari platform.

What's staying the same?

  • Core Functionality and Backend Experience: All the Groove features and functionality you know and love remain unchanged. Your team can continue working seamlessly within the Groove or Clari web apps.

What do I need to do?

  • Update Bookmarks: If you have bookmarks to the old Groove web app, please update them to groove.clari.com.
  • Log Back In: Due to the subdomain migration, you'll be logged out of Groove. Simply log back in with your existing credentials at groove.clari.com to resume using the platform.

When will this happen?

  • The Groove app subdomain migration is happening on Saturday, August 17th. 
  • The Groove in Clari web app integration with logo change is happening on Tuesday, September 17th. You'll see these changes automatically.
