What do you do to clear your head and relax in your day to day?
Clari’s Digital Success team was chatting about this today. Whether you take the dog out for a walk every few hours to get some fresh air and get your blood circulating, or use a meditation app to practice belly breathing, or even practice intermittent fasting (with doctor approval to feel more focused, we all agreed it’s critical to take care of yourself throughout the day.
