Dashboards are a great way to use data to drive your Revenue Cadence.

🔥Tips for making a great dashboard: 

  1. Regular Reviews: Include the review as part of a cadence (notice how the above have key meetings - QBRs, Pipe Reviews, 1:1s - where they naturally fit).
  2. Actionable > Interesting:  Make sure each widget serves a purpose that will help you make a decision in these meetings vs widgets that are just taking up space. Start with the questions you need to answer and build from there. 

    Tip: We like to break our questions into the 4 key goals of each meeting- example:
    1. Review
    2. Inspect
    3. Optimize
    4. Execute
       
  3. Early Access: Share your dashboards with all folks in the meeting ahead of time so folks can digest the data and come prepared to discuss vs your typical “Bring your own report” style meeting where everyone is disputing the data. 🤦🏻
