By going to the Dashboards you can quickly navigate between the different tabs and categories to see the relevant details of what your teams are discussing most.
As an admin, a fantastic approach to take is to leverage the “Team” function, which limits the results of the topics discussed to those specific teams. By doing this, you can easily see which competitors may be making plays in different regions or segments. You can also bubble up instances where things like Pricing are coming up frequently. This can end up guiding how and when you update your battlecards.
