Purpose-built to run revenue, we simply don’t do generic. Here are our most recent updates that enhance the power of Clari’s platform with the flexibility to fit your process:

 

Identify risk and momentum due to relationships

Identify activity gaps in Accounts & Opportunities with relationship-based risk and momentum indicators. Within Relationship Insights, the user will be able to see whether or not the right people have been engaged with to move the deal forward. Enabled for all users on 12/15.

 

Ensure confidence in the amount of deal activity and data completeness

Gain immediate visibility into the amount of activity taking place across all deals and accounts within your Activity Logging Console.To establish confidence in your data, quickly search all activities logged to CRM to ensure there are no gaps. Admins: Troubleshoot errors or activities not-synced more easily!

 

Collect only the most relevant data per role to cut through the noise 

Tailor the data collected from each member of your team with Role-Based Autocapture. Prevent the distraction of unrelated activities and data by collecting only what each role needs — nothing more. Reach out to your CSM to enable Role-Based Autocapture.

 

Identify key roles needed for a deal in a MAP’s Team Roles

Determine which people will participate in different steps in the buying process within a mutual action plan’s Team Roles. Identify and fill key roles needed for the deal, and even save as a template to guide new reps. Align Admins: Create a role in Team Roles to begin adding to templates and MAPs!

 

Track Account Engagement for territories as well as roles

Track engagement within accounts based on territories, as well as roles. Territories are now supported in Account Engagement, Clari continues to support Enterprise Territory Management (ETM).
