The numbers that are available to provision for the Groove OmniDialer are dependent on what numbers Twilio is able to sell from a regulatory compliance perspective. Due to local regulations and restrictions, Twilio cannot make Chinese phone numbers available for purchase as of right now (at the time of this post). Should regulations change, and Twilio is able to supply Chinese phone numbers, they will be available to provision for the OmniDialer. Unfortunately, this limitation stems from regulatory compliance as opposed to a feature.
